Easter Bunny

Okay, I never even realized that there were kids that believed in the Easter Bunny until yesterday. It all started yesterday when my sister asked my nephews if they were excited about the Easter Bunny, and they were all like "The Easter Bunny is coming!!!" woo-frikin'-hoo! The Easter Bunny never left me anything.... but then again when I was a child and people asked me if I was excited about the Easter Bunny, I always said, "There is no such thing as a bunny that brings eggs....that's just stupid."
So when my nephews got all excited, I almost-ALMOST-said, "I can't believe how gullible little kids are today... ridiculous..." If they had looked at my face, they would have known I was thinking they were complete idiots.
As a child though I never really believed all those things, like the Tooth Fairy and Cupid. My mother tried to get me to believe in the Tooth Fairy, but a few weeks after I had put the tooth under my pillow and everything, I found the tooth.... in my mother's jewelry box. After that when she asked me if I was going to put the tooth under my pillow I would just respond, "Just take the tooth. You're going to take it when I'm asleep anyway."
They did have me buying the whole "Santa Clause" thing until I was 8. When I was 8 I got a N64 for Christmas and a game to go with it. That year I had already been wondering if Santa was really real, so when my sister also gave me a N64 game I kinda put two and two together, and realized she shouldn't know what Santa was getting me. After that I never told my mother what I wanted "Santa" to bring me for Christmas, in fact I was very angry that everyone lied to me all those years. If  he wasn't real all they had to do was tell me!
That is why, if I ever have kids, I'm gonna tell them there is no Santa Claus, there is no Easter Bunny, and there is no Tooth Fairy.... except the one in Darkness Falls.
